What can I say? Moebs is wonderful I love love love Moab by saying, so every hotel. I stayed at in. Moab was great. Breakfast was great. The maintenance housekeeping front desk. Everything was perfect. You won’t be disappointed at all. I recommend staying here.

美國旅遊第一次碰到如此差勁的酒店：我們一羣人晚上11:00左右check in，步入酒店就感覺設施陳舊，房間內空氣也不好，與之前入住過的days inn酒店不太一樣；帶娃入住房間後洗澡，發現噴灑壞了衹能斷續的出水，想着太晚了就沒找前台先把澡洗了；然後就發現房間的吹風機壞了！！半夜12點多了，娃和我們都要睡覺必須要吹乾頭髮，我就給前台打電話禮貌的希望給我們拿一個手持的吹風機先用。前台（印度裔前台）説好的，他確認一下。然後我們在房間等了十來分鐘還沒來，我再打電話，前台就説不好意思，沒有！我就説你這房間吹風機壞了我小孩要睡覺請幫忙想想辦法，他很生硬的説沒辦法，今天就衹有我在這裏沒有吹風機。我説那我下來前台當面協商。我跑下樓去前台，這個印度前台非常不禮貌，態度也強勢，原本我還很禮貌的跟他協商，結果不管怎麼協商，都很直接，沒辦法，沒有吹風機，態度也很惡劣，説你們check in太晚了，一副我們打擾了他睡覺的樣子！這就離譜了，我説那行，要是沒有手持的備用吹風機，請給我換個有吹風機的房間；-我們房間都滿了，沒房間；-那這個半夜我們也沒辦法睡覺，這是酒店的設備問題你們需要協助解決。然後印度前台來了句：你們可以去別的酒店啊。我説那給我們退酒店費，我們換去其他酒店；-不行，錢不可能退的；你自己找預訂的公司。在美國旅行這麼多次，第一次碰到這麼無理且差勁的酒店。在我們協商的時候，後面來了一個客人排隊一直在聽我們爭論；談到這裏我退到旁邊準備找攜程時，我聽到了後面的客人原來是來訂房間的！！！然後那個印度前台説還有房間，需要XX美金；我當時就很憤怒了，我回到前台問你剛不是説沒有其他房間換給我們了麼，為什麼還有房間可以入住？？那個詢問的客人這會估計也明白這個酒店有問題，然後趕緊説我考慮一下就走掉了；這個時候這個印度前台才不情願的帶我們去看另一個房間，給我們換了一個新房間用到了吹風機。就非常非常離譜的遭遇，很不專業的酒店服務和酒店設施，希望後面訂房的朋友能避雷。這個酒店附近有其他很多品牌的連鎖店，可以考慮其他酒店。

汽車旅館，設施偏舊，旅遊小鎮價格不低，因為附近兩個公園看日出和提前入園需要，早餐基本成為雞肋，並不提供打包服務。 預訂後很早鎖定，後續價錢反而更低 感覺不好

非常小的一個酒店，前台工作人員懶懶散散，經常不在崗，房間很小，衞生間也很窄小。早餐説是6點半開始，其實8點鐘左右才有，吃的還行，有蛋有肉有牛奶

Where do I start….. well after a long day at Arches National Park, we got late to check in at the hotel. The cell process was okay, but not without issues. The next morning, we left early for the park and got a call from the front desk that there was an issue with my reservation and that I needed to call Wyndham Rewards before 11:00 a.m. because if not, I wasn’t able to stay at the hotel. Well, I gave Wyndham Rewards a call, and they said that everything was okay and that they would give the hotel a call for me. After that call, the Wyndham representative called me back and said that their front desk person (the manager) refused to get their help and said that we needed to check out(mine, you see, we haven’t had any interaction with the hotel at all other than 5 minutes during checking in), so we had to leave the park and get our stuff because, later, they kid us out, and we still don’t know why. Fortunately, Wyndham gave us the points back, and we were able to book a BETTER HOTEL down the road and had a better experience all around. I am only coming here just to make everyone aware of their HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I have been to Moab many times. This has to be the worst hotel I've stayed in by far. It was nothing like the pictures in *******. The pool, which was closed for the season, was tiny and looked like it was badly in need of repair. The curb appeal of this hotel leaves a great deal to be desired. Once inside, you are greeted with a very tired and run-down looking lobby, worn carpet and very dated ambiance. The room was fairly spacious, but the bathroom was tiny. The fact that the pool was closed was extremely disappointing as we came in off a very long, hot day. After seeing the pool, however, we would not have gone in even if it had been open. Nearly every other hotel we saw in Moab would have been better than this one. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay.

The reason why I went there is cause they had a pool there was no pool. Try to take a shower. There was no hot water walking in your room and it smelt gross. I will never stay here again.
