Very convenient location to Arches national park. Bed and blanket was comfortable. Wifi speed is good and they provide hot water, coffee, tea and water refill at the common areas.

This is my first time staying at this brand of hotel. It is a good budget hotel. There are two floors and no elevator, so I have to live on the first floor. Breakfast is not included. There is boiled water (purified water) available. You can get it at the front desk without having to boil water yourself. There is a Lin’s supermarket near the hotel, about five minutes’ walk away, where we replenished our supplies, including fruits, vegetables, eggs and bottled water.
