This place is excellent, especially if you're traveling with kids. The location is right in the center/downtown Moab, so you can walk to shops, restaurants and a great local coffee place, Moab Coffee Roasters. The pool is small, but enough to occupy the kids. Breakfast is way above average - lots of good quality food options The service is very good, too. The staff are very friendly and professional, especially Kristy and Mike in the front office. Thank you, we will be back!

We come down with the family of 10 for our 20th wedding anniversary. Staff here was very friendly towards us very professional. The rooms was very clean. The pool was very clean. We had a great stay. We will definitely be coming back when we come back tomorrow. it’s definitely the place that we will be staying at. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the staff is as friendly as they are here and the manager goes out of her way to help you in any way that she can just to make you happy the family left and it was just me and my husband and we stayed in the room. They came in and cleaned the room and it was just like a honeymoon suite it’s beautiful.

Have stayed in so many hotels in Moab, this one was definitely my favorite! It's hard to keep teenagers entertained, but ours had a blast the pool with the slide, the arcade, ping pong, the cute retro vibe is so cute! Christy the manager is so friendly, and makes sure that you have everything you need! We had an amazing time, and will be the only place we will stay from now on!

Staff was very friendly. Rooms are okay, could be cleaner ( the floor leaves black dirt on bare feet), bunk beds are awesome, breakfast was average, the location is great! Close to national parks and many restaurants within walking distance. The pool and waterslide are awesome!!! My son loves it! Although, wish the hot tub was bigger. There was a dude who was in there all day, and didn’t leave much room for us!

Motel sympa avec piscine , serviettes fournies , placé sur la grande avenue. Literie confortable, très propre. Frigo et micro-ondes dans la chambre, cafetière. Pas très bien insonorisé, on n’entendait les voisins du dessus. Le petit déjeuner est moyen. Machine à glaçons. Vous pouvez laver votre linge et le faire sécher.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great value, great location. The breakfast is awesome - wide variety of foods available and very hearty. We stayed three nights and didn't get bored with the food. The kids in our party had a great time in the pool, and the adults enjoyed the hot tub - heavenly in the moonlight with views of the red rocks. The staff were so friendly and helpful - we loved hearing about the history of the building and the original owner! The downside: Walls were a little thin, HVAC wall unit didn't work great and was noisy. Bathrooms small but good water pressure and hot showers. You can't have it all and on the whole, I would absolutely stay here again when hiking in Arches and Canyonlands.

Unique atmosphere right downtown with food and entertainment in walking distance. The room was clean and inviting with the decor it featured. Nice breakfast area with plenty of food to choose from. Reasonable price and friendly staff. The bedding was upscale and comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the pool and activity room.
