It is a basic hotel, but very clean. No a/c, no elevator, no real front desk, entrance door closes between 5.00 pm and 9.00 depending on the day and guests have a key, the rooms need maintenance, there is no sound protection and can hear guests talking next room…BUT the staff is extra nice, especially the fluent in English manager Radka that goes out of her way to help, give travel information, try to solve problems: she is the main reason of the success of this hotel that is quite busy with corporate clientele and sport camps families. They also have a nice buffet breakfast and free parking in front. So would likely return if need to stay again in the area

It is the hotel organized by sport camps, ice hockey in our case. The only positive is clean and has a very helpful lady manager that speaks English, contrary to all other staff. these are. No a/c, fan or room temperature available so in April it was extra hot at night; the rooms are basic with very uncomfortable beds, closets need repair, no elevator, bathroom with no working fan… probably not acceptable standard in other locations, but possibly one of the best available in the area. They have a restaurant that seems quite popular, but would rate food and menu mediocre; the breakfast buffet is probably better than anything else offered.

Ich glaube ich habe auf dieser Plattform noch keine einzige wirkliche schlechte Bewertung geschrieben, aber bei diesem Hotel geht es einfach nicht anders. Seit Stunden dröhnt, aus dem Nachbarzimmer (oder von oben?) Techno. Toilettenspülungen und Türen sind gefühlt aus jedem Zimmer im eigenen Zimmer zu hören. Montags ist trotz angeblicher Besetzung bis 19.30uhr schon um 17uhr keine Rezeption mehr besetzt gewesen. Der Zimmerschlüssel hängt außerhalb des Hotels in einem nicht verschlossen Safe. Ohne vorherige Info wo man den Schlüssel finden kann. Im Badezimmer riecht es nach Schimmel, da es im Bad keine Fenster gibt und der Lüfter nicht läuft, ist das kein Wunder. Da die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist und man auch nirgends auf dem Zimmer eine Telefonnummer findet, unter der man nach Abhilfe fragen könnte, steht schon vor dem Ende von Nacht 1 für mich fest: hier schlafe ich nie wieder!
