從位置上來説，賓館的位置尚可，出行較為便利，沿門口的路直行幾百米就可到李自成行宮。門口可停車，老闆會預留好車位。
服務方面，工作人員的態度中規中矩，能夠滿足客人的需求。辦理入住和退房的過程比較順利，沒有出現過多的耽擱。
總體而言，這傢俬人賓館有一定的便利性，但住宿條件確實一般，衞生基本合格。如果對住宿要求不高，衹追求一個臨時的歇腳之處，那麼可以考慮。但如果希望有更好的住宿體驗，可能就需要另尋他處了。

宣傳説23年新裝修，設施全換新的，到了一看，全都很舊很臟，很多污漬，拖鞋都是臟的，也沒一次性拖鞋，房屋味道很大，廁所還沒衞生紙，配的牙刷包裝都很簡陋，隔音也非常不好，樓下，隔壁聲音很明顯。與宣傳新裝修完全不符#衞生很多污漬灰塵#房間設施陳舊
