The location of the hotel and the facilities were good but too expensive for the price.
Unfortunately, the staff at the reception were more inflexible and unsupportive than we have ever experienced at any other hotel in Japan.
The reception even refused to allow us to store a small laptop for the duration of a three-hour hike. We were supposed to hike with our laptops because the reception doesn't store valuables. Hmm, that's very strange...

Price/quality ratio is bad.
Faded glory, bad service (orders are not communicated well between reception and kitchen department). Reception does not provide enough information about the hotel. Beds are only made when you go to dinner.
The hallways constantly smell of cigarettes.
