酒店我們訂的是有空調、瓶裝水、電吹風，結果到了酒店以上三樣都沒有，而且服務態度很差，經過強烈要求，最後衹是配了瓶裝水，仍然沒有更換有空調的房間（服務員説有空調的房間沒有了），經要求退了幾十元的房費差價。
