房間是酒店最好的，頂樓河景房，最好的景觀，全新裝修。唯一美中不足的地方是，如果要開窗通風，窗簾就必須打開，衹能關上紗簾，但窗簾打開，就有安寧河的燈光光污染。很多酒店都沒考慮道窗簾分塊，可以衹留出通風的一個小縫隙

環境不錯。衞生尚可，就在河邊散步方便。但是臨河一側每隔十幾分鍾就有鐵板被什麼震動響的嘩啦啦聲，吃了安眠葯才強制睡下。感覺是動車或者風吹過什麼鐵皮板，早上看了下可能是對着的大廳走廊尖頂的鐵皮板跟什麼共振了，修繕一下吧

設施：較差，陳舊，燈光太昏暗，關門很廢勁。
衞生：一般，有一股陳舊的發黴味。
環境：良好，外部環境還行。
服務：較差，客房服務中心形同虛設，電話告知送雙拖鞋及洗漱用具到房間，退房前都未服務到位。
綜上，花350元住該酒店個人覺得性價比較低，該評價客觀公正，僅希望酒店能有提升和改進，並無惡意。
