I have been staying here during the crab season for many years, but this is the first time I have had crab sashimi that is so difficult to eat, and I don't need it! I thought I might put it in the hot pot. I thought their selling point was how well they separated the meat, but I was wrong. The other changes are not bad, but I think they have lost focus on the most important part. As a repeat customer, I would like to see them change it back. I think this post will be my last chance to stay here, so I hope they do their best (I am a guest staying at the Ama room).
