The hotel itself was good, but after 1am, other guests kept coming into the room and out into the hallway and talking loudly. I wish they would take more thorough measures to soundproof the rooms. I could also hear snoring.
I wish they would thoroughly inform guests of proper etiquette.
I would like to use this hotel again.

When I checked in, I asked a male staff member what would happen with towels and cleaning since I was staying multiple nights, but he just handed me a manual saying it was written here, with no explanation.
I've stayed in many hotels before, but I've never seen such unfriendly people, so it was unpleasant. However, the other front desk staff and restaurant staff were friendly and had lovely smiles. It's a shame to think that the value of a hotel will go down because of one person. I think that in the customer service industry, persuasion is the most important thing.
Breakfast was mixed grain rice and white rice on the first day, and local chicken flavored rice and white rice on the second day, and there was a different type of bread on each day, which was delicious.
