The hotel cleaning was really the worst. Hair came out before I could even lay down on the bed, so I had to cover myself with the blanket and sleep.
If I didn't have a hotel reservation voucher, I was told by the foreign front desk worker to pay again, which was absurd. It was hard to even hear the explanation of what kind of room was next to the front desk because the remodeling wasn't finished yet.
The foreign staff only gave me the room key and didn't give me any other explanation, so I had to ask another Japanese front desk worker for the explanation of the Wi-Fi. Since I've been to Japan many times and know the hotel system, I was able to deal with it.
