Schloss Mittersill is a dramatic property with an interesting history. The views from high on the hill are fantastic. The staff was terrific and even provided my wife an I a private terrace dining room with 360 degree views of the mountains for our anniversary celebration.

Schloss Mittersill ist ein ganz besonderer Ort für uns. Wir waren bereits vier mal da und jedes Mal war es eine wunderschöne Zeit. Das Schloss ist stilvoll renoviert, das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist schön, Geschichte zu atmen und gleichzeitig entspannen zu können, denn trotz aller Kultur und Historie kann man sich einfach nur wohl fühlen und runterkommen. Der schicke E Bus fährt ein bis vor die Gondel, kein Parkplatz Stress. Mittersill liegt etwas höher als Kitzbühel und hat damit oft den besseren Schnee gerade im März. Man kann aber auch einfach von hier ins Kitzbüheler Skigebiet hinüber fahren. Der Spabereich ist ausgesprochen schön, die Küche sensationell. Schloss Mittersill ist immer eine Reise wert.

Wir hatten ganz tolle 8 Tage im Schloss Mittersill erlebt. Der Service der Rezeption ist unglaublich gut und schnell. Ich musste aufgrund einer Veranstaltung umbuchen und zwischendurch den Aufenthalt um eine Nacht unterbrechen um dann wieder anzureisen. Dies wurde alles sehr kundenfreundlich und schnell ermöglicht. Mein Dank gilt hier insbesondere Frau. Bachmair Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Mischung aus neuem Design und teils alten Möbelm aus dem Schloss. Der Wellness Bereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Toller Außenpool und ein traumhafter Blick auf die Berge. Nachmittags gab es im Rahmen der 3/4 Pension Kuchen und Suppe, abends immer ein tolles 5 Gang Menu mit sehr schmackhaften Gerichten. Selbst wenn man einmal nichts von der Menu Auswahl zugesagt hat , wurde ein Wiener Schnitzel serviert. Getränkepreise beim Abendessen angemessen und nicht überzogen. Kostenlose Außenparkplätze oder kostenpflichtige in der Garange. Beheizter Skiraum. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren vor Jahren schon einmal hier und kommen ganz sicher bald wieder !

L'hôtel chateau est magnifique, confortable et offrant une vue surplombant Mittersill. Niveau de restauration très bon ! Petit bémol, service un petit peu approximatif, et trop chaud dans les chambres. Néanmoins je recommande vivement et j'y retournerai volontiers.

Schönes gemütliches (Schloss)Hotel, hervorragendes Frühstück, das Abendessen war gut, Gemüse und Salate sind etwas zu kurz gekommen. Schwimmbad und Wellnessbereich in schöner Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick. Preis/Leistung stimmt. Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem alten Schlosshotel war alles andere als romantisch. Das als "Designer Zimmer Deluxe" angepriesene Zimmer hatte ein offenes Bad mit Toilette direkt im Schlafzimmer, ohne Sicht- oder Hörschutz. Diese Anordnung zerstörte jede romantische Stimmung. Wir hatten dafür bezahlt und mussten dann "freiwillig" in ein Standardzimmer wechseln. Leider wurde uns kein Preisnachlass oder eine Entschädigung angeboten. Diese Erfahrung war insgesamt sehr enttäuschend und wir werden sicherlich nicht wiederkommen.

The building is nice, but remote from everything. I booked a suite for 3 days, but got standard service. When i asked for a decent 2 person size bed cover, they replied that a tiny single person duvet was standard. And a bigger one did not exist. So for 4 nights i was sleeping very bed.
