Ich hatte das Hotel gebucht, da ich beim Mountainman KitzSki teilgenommen habe.
Da ich ein rundum sorglos Paket wollte, habe ich die Halbpension gewählt und wurde nicht enttäuscht.
Das Frühstück ist ab 7, was für meinen Lauf leider zu spät war, ein kurzer Hinweis dbzgl beim Einchecken und man hat mir am Abend ein sehr umfangreiches Lunchpaket zusammen gestellt. Absolut top.
Ansonsten sind die Zimmer in einem gepflegten Zustand, das Personal ist überaus zuvorkommend und das Essen im Restaurant ist auch sehr gut.
Einziger Kritikpunkt, bei Halbpension kann man auswählen, Vorspeise, 3 verschiedene Hauptgänge und Nachtisch. Wenn man von der Karte bestellt, ist die Auswahl deutlich umfangreicher.

Beautiful hotel with very nice and friendly staff, made us feels like home.
Our reservation included breakfast and dinner, the food there was super tasty!
And the room was great, spotless with modern equipment. Highly recommended!
It’s probably the best hotel at Mittersill.

Das Hotel Heitzmann ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen am Stadtplatz in Mittersill. Das Hotel ist sauber und hat schöne Zimmer. Das Essen ist auch sehr lecker und das Personal ist nett. Probleme sind die vor allem während Fasching lauten Partys und das sehr schlechte WLAN.

I stopped by for lunch around 2pm since in Austria the kitchens are open almost all day. I saw some inviting tables outside in the shade of the trees but unfortunately they were booked for a group arriving. The waiter who seemed a bit annoyed by my arrival, advised me to sit on a terrace which was too hot for me. I sat in the cool inside the room and ordered the classic breaded cutlet and beer. I was served in a reasonable time, I was alone anyway, the quality of the cutlet was very good while the French fries were quite common. From then on the waiter disappeared, I would have liked to drink a coffee but after waiting over 10 minutes I went to the cashier to pay. Small odyssey.... without the waiter who served me, no one could collect, I repeat again, there was only me in the restaurant. The boy was calmly talking outside with a customer and despite the urging of his colleague he lingered to talk ignoring me. So I will never go back to the Hotel Heitzmann. By the way...the tables under the trees were still all free.....

bin völlig durchnässt mit dem Motorrad auf der Durchreise - keine Reservierung vorab. Herzliches Willkommen, geräumiges Zimmer, schönes Bad - kleiner Garagenstellplatz für das Mopped. The two of us spent three great days at the Hotel Heitzmann. Starting with the always extremely delicious evening menu and breakfast in the classic and extremely cozy restaurant to the modern rooms with beautiful wooden floors, everything simply met our needs. The staff was always courteous and attentive and also had one or the other tip for activities in the area. The hotel is very centrally located on the town square of Mittersill, from where you can reach the gondola in about 10 minutes. We can also recommend arriving by public transport - that's how we did it - because the bus station is right in front of the hotel, where buses to Kitzbühel or Zell am See stop, among other things. Since we were traveling without a car, we took the ski bus to the gondola station every morning, which runs several times an hour and is free of charge for skiers and also leaves directly in front of the hotel. The timetables were made available to us by the hotel, the buses always came on time and reliably. And the Mittersill-Kitzbühel ski area is a dream anyway. Our room was on the left side of the building on the 2nd floor and was accessible by a lift. It was extremely clean and quiet, only at 7 a.m. the church bells woke you up, but that didn't really bother us. Wellness area and ski cellar great! The hotel staff responded to all of our questions and requests and were helpful and gracious in every situation. For all these reasons, we felt completely at home and can only warmly recommend the Hotel Heitzmann!
