Hôtel bien placé mais château vieillissant . Local accueil entrée parfait même luxueux faut en mettre plein la vue . Pour la suite c est moins maquillé.chambre 204 , difficile de trouver le trou de serrure pas d éclairage ( normal pour la patronne) Moquette pas nette, fauteuil et canapé taché et défoncés, cendrier sur la terrasse non vidé il ne le sera pas pendant tout notre séjour( je ne fume pas), télécommande tv Crasseuse et fonctionnement aléatoire ,literie bonne 1 point, wc dessous abattant côté avant JAUNE et COLLANT ! Vous devinez. Problème de porte coupe feu alarme défaillante , matelas stocké dans issue de secours . Salle de restauration, fauteuil accoudoir qui se déboîte , décolle et il n est pas seul Buffet . Charcuterie et fromages font pitié, viennoiseries sorties du congélateur et passe au four ( on me l’a dit) bref pas en rapport avec le prix demandé 16€ bravo Ceci est la vérité, je ne mens pas tout est contrôlable . Il serait de réveiller ce bel endormi mais pour cela il faut sortir les sous……..JE PENSE TROUVER MIEUX POUR LA PROCHAINE FOIS désolé pour cet avis qui reflète la vérité dommage

L’hôtel est parfait, beau, bien placé la chambre est super avec un petit balcon. La terrasse de l’hôtel est idéale pour boire un verre de crémant ❤️❤️ Mais ce qui est formidable c’est la gentillesse de tout le monde . Cela nous a touché. Merci pour ce moment.

Hotel Mandelberg is beautifully situated, with a beautiful building that exudes character. The interior is not very modern, but the rooms are neat and equipped with everything you need. During our stay, the air conditioning unfortunately did not work and the wifi was rather unstable, which was a bit less practical. What really made the stay pleasant was the friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was also decent, with delicious French baguettes and tasty cheeses. All in all, a nice place for those who value charm more than modern gadgets.

The hotel is very pretty from the outside, but the interior is warm. The room is (very) spacious and, above all, very clean. The breakfast offers a wide selection, which will satisfy everyone. Special mention goes to the baguette, which is excellent, as is the fig jam. Very pleasant staff.

A beautiful, classic hotel, superbly maintained and very comfortable. Impeccable comfort and cleanliness. We had a terrace overlooking the vineyards. Ample parking in front of the hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast and a perfect welcome.

I would have happily given this 3* hotel 4 stars. The welcome was perfect and the room was more than comfortable with a good size. The person who took care of breakfast was of a rather rare thoughtfulness, to be highlighted in particular. We can only recommend this hotel to which we will surely return if we return to the region.

This is a very nice, welcoming and comfortable hotel. We booked the day before, the hotel was practically full and the receptionist still found us a pleasant and quiet room according to our criteria. Very good breakfast. This is not our first stay in this hotel and we plan to stop there every time we pass through ALSACE. Do not hesitate to visit the cellar just opposite the hotel, excellent welcome and wines.

Very nice spacious room with balcony. Well-stocked and varied buffet breakfast. Warm welcome. I recommend stopping here, hotel very well located on the wine route. The only downside is that it does not have a restaurant, but there are many choices in the surrounding area.
