Hotel Terrace the Garden Mito Reviews

The hotel is well located with the train station & shopping near by. It has only 1 restaurant. The hotel probably expect the guests to make use the abundant f & b in the surrounding area. The rooms are comfortable but the furniture is abit old and loose fitting. The staff was friendly and helpful although their understand of English is quite low. Overall, I enjoyed my 4 nights stay and will probably use the same hotel if I am in the Mito ( Ibaraki) area.

Location is excellent as it is next to the mito station and room is spacious. But public bath is small and piano in the lobby was not allowed to be played while some functions are held

The carpet in the corridor outside the hotel room is relatively old and smells like dust, but the room is very clean. Unfortunately, I am not used to the bed facing a large mirror. I am very attentive to the guests' requirements.

It's adjacent to Mito Station, so it's convenient if you're traveling by train. There is also a bus to Ibaraki Airport that departs from the bus stop at the south exit of Mito Station, and the bus stop is also very close by, so it was very convenient. The hotel was clean and I had a very comfortable stay. I accidentally left something behind and contacted the hotel later, and they were kind and polite. Of course, the staff were also polite at check-in, so it was stress-free. I didn't use the restaurant this time. If I have the opportunity to visit Mito again, I would like to use it again.

I've stayed here a few years ago, and it's really convenient since it's close to Mito Station. I've eaten at Il Bancale on the 1st floor for lunch many times, and it's delicious and great value for money. I had booked a single room, but I was very happy that they changed me to a larger room with a double bed. I was satisfied!

The newly renovated room was very clean and comfortable. I was happy that Saza Coffee was available for breakfast.

They also extended my stay, which was very helpful. There was also a bottle of water in the room. The shower head was leaking from the joint, and when I turned on the shower, it came off due to the water pressure, but I fixed it myself.

I met a Japanese friend and stayed at a hotel near Mito Station to travel to Japan. My friend had a car, but the station was right there, so it wasn't difficult to get around. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are separated. It's quiet and nice to stay. The facilities are clean and the shower water comes out cool. The staff also responded right away, so I was grateful. The room matches the photos.

This was my first time in Mito city and I stayed at this hotel. It was conveniently located in front of Mito station and had a parking lot.

The location is almost directly connected to the station. There aren't many restaurants, but they are all in front of the station, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat. There are also drugstores, convenience stores, etc., which are convenient. The hotel is spacious. There is a small hot spring? inside the hotel, and there is also a sauna. The sauna is only big enough for two people, but it was clean. It's generally clean, so you can relax.

The breakfast buffet menu was extensive and well-balanced. I ate alone, but they showed me to a seat where I wouldn't have to worry about being looked at, and when I told them that the coffee server had run out, they brought me fresh coffee right away. They were very professional.

It's in a great location, directly connected to the station. Breakfast starts at 6:30, so unfortunately I couldn't eat it because I had to check out at 6:00.

The customer service, facilities and restaurants are all excellent.
