Her şey çok güzel, çok özenli fakat otel değil de ev gibi; gürültüden uyumak çok zor. Hem diğer odaların, hem giriş - çıkış gürültüsü çok rahatsız edici.

Çok kibar ve temiz insanların işlettiği ferah ve güzel bir otel.

Our room was very nice and clean. For your information, since it is an old stone mansion, it is a sensitive place regarding sound.

Due to its location, the hotel is very close to the center, but it is in a quiet street, away from the noise of the center. We can say that we enjoyed staying in the historical Cunda house. The hotel manager, Ms. Nimet, is a very caring and sweet woman who helped us a lot. Thank you again for this beautiful experience. 🙏

Misafirperver ve güleryüzlü ev sahibeleri, nefis lokasyonu, harika kahvaltısı ve 1800’lerden kalan bu Rum evinin müthiş ambiyansı ile çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Teşekkür ederiz🙏💙

It's a great location with its proximity to the center and lack of street noise. We made the reservation knowing that the sound insulation was not good, so it is a serious problem that even the slightest sound in the rooms can be heard. I can say that it does not make me sleepy. It would be nice if a solution to this issue was found. The cleaning was good, we asked for additional toilet paper and it was forgotten, I guess we didn't stay at the hotel very often anyway, but we liked the breakfast very much, it was satisfying. Thank goodness they didn't break it when I asked for extra filter coffee. Making tea from the kitchen is allowed. It said valet and parking on the services, but there was a dispute about this at the entrance and I had to pay for the parking on the last day, as I could not explain my problem to the officer. I was not comfortable about this either. Overall it wasn't bad. Thanks for everything.

Otel çalışanları çok olumlu ve tatlı insanlar :) çok hoş sohbetler ettik, bu anlamda güzel bir deneyim yaşadık. Temizlik olarak odamız mükemmeldi. Çok yeterli ve taze ürünlerden oluşan otel kahvaltısını kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Ayrıca merkeze çok yakın, 2 sokak yürüyüp heryere ulaşabilirsiniz. Otel eski bir rum evi ve tarihi yapısını bozmadan otele dönüştürmüşler, eğer Cunda dokusunu sever iseniz otele aşık olabilirsiniz. Tek ve oldukça önemli dezavantaj otelin aslında bir ev olması ve kesinlikle ses yalıtımı olmayışı. Öyle ki yan odanızda konuşulan neredeyse herşeyi duyabiliyorsunuz. Bu size bir hostelde kalıyorsunuz hissi veriyor zaman zaman ve birçok açıdan rahatsız edici bir deneyim yaşatıyor. Bizim uykumuz bir başka misafirin sifon sesi ile 3 kere bölündü. Ve aynı şekilde bir başka misafirin merdivenleri çıkması ile. Bunun dışında da çok şey duymak zorunda kaldık tabi ki:) Sanki bu noktada otelin bir çözüme ihtiyacı var gibi. Herşey için teşekkürler yine de iyi bir deneyimdi bizim için.

Cunda'da kalabileceğiniz en güzel hotel olabilir. Arkadaşımla birlikte kaldık ve çok keyif aldık. Hem oda hem de otelin kendisi harikaydı. Sömine önünde kahvaltısı lezzetliydi. Nimet Hanım'da ilgisi ile bizleri çok mutlu ettiler. İlk fırsatta yeniden geleceğiz :)
