Hello there, I am a guest from room 209 who checked out this morning. Since it was early, I placed the key in the key return box and forgot to retrieve my deposit. Could you please check on this and arrange for the deposit to be returned to my bank account? Thanks a lot,

Our stay was a one night for a family occasion so we were just looking for basic clean facilities. We liked that it was airconditioned and had a microwave, toaster and jug. The location is excellent with easy access to shops, cinemas etc. And the hotel was available for meals if required. I would have liked a a couple of spare pillows but there was a single bed we didn't use so we did use that pillow. The staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was firm.

The venue is a bit hard to find but it is an excellent place to stay. This nothing at wrong with this place and it is wonderful, for service, facilities, and the breaky in the morning was first class. Bedrooms are excellent, we had a choice of two, and this venue offers book to read, coffee anytime and a warm welcome for the hosts. First class in my book.

The room is good, there are induction cookers, refrigerators, microwave ovens, ovens and dishwashers, it is very convenient to cook by yourself. It is very close to the venue where the children play the game, because it is convenient to play, it takes a lot of effort to enlarge the map to find this apartment. The front desk of the apartment is very warm and thoughtful, especially the two East Asian faces, the attitude is particularly good, it is estimated that the Year of the Monkey only saw a Chinese resident.

The motel was easy to navigate to for us country bumpkins who don’t drive in the city we could walk to the Westfield shopping centre rooms clean and tidy we had 16 and it was at the back so not much road noise for being on a busy road. Aldi next door was a great convenience

The Cheomside shopping mall is right across the traffic light. There is a 24-hour McDonald's right in front, and the friendly staff who know what you need and offer it to you before you ask were nice! In Korea, you can't use the washing machine at night, so I asked the hotel, and they told me that it is available 24 hours, so I was able to do my laundry comfortably. It was nice that there was a washing machine, dryer, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, iron, and safe, and it was great value for money. It seems like a hotel where you can stay for a long time! However, there is a siren sound day and night and car noise, but I personally think that it is a big advantage, so I can cover up these points!

I had booked a room based on having a queen bed and a pool side view. I actually got two singles joined together and not that comfortable. I was disappointed as the room didn't meet my expectations for the $174 price tag. The bath room was quite spacious but hot water took several minutes to come thru the system. While it was perfectly located to shopping g and personal interests it's just too over priced based on room size and furnishings. The staff were helpful and friendly. They stopped doing breakfast and offer muffin and juice box as continental but I didn't see any muffins when I went down. Maybe they only dish out minimum to people. While they still advertise in rooms that the bfast is available at the counter it's told a different story.Clear info on the book g would allow people to choose once they k ow.

The staff here are absolutely amazing this place is very clean and the people take a lot of Pride in making sure they look after their customers I would recommend staying here to anybody who is looking for a modern quiet clean and safe environment with plenty of Room close to the city and everything else you need I've stayed here many times and if I ever need to stay somewhere in the city this is the first place I go so thank you you guys are great your hotels great your service is great and everything about the way you conduct yourselves as people is great

A nice place to stay. A good large open room. Beds are comfortable. Unit is self contained with Microwave, Toaster, Jug, Crockery and Cutlery. Unit was clean and you could open windows for fresh air and a glass door leading to a patio which was a bonus.Ryan in Reception was very friendly helpful and eager to help with anything. There is a carpark at the back of the Motel and it is close to the RBH hospital. In the morning we had these beautiful parrots 🦜 coming to say hello sitting on our patio.
