Staff very friendly, rooms were very clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was served after hours which was highly appreciated thank you!

We used the park, sleep and fly service. The service was terrible. The shuttle forgot to pick us up at the terminal at 9:15pm. At 10pm we used another hotel shuttle service who were nice enough to take us. The front desk person "Ash", told us to "take it up with the driver". The room was in poor shape. The shower head has never been cleaned and hung with little support. Bathroom sink was clogged. There was a stench in the room. The bed and pillows felt like it was 30 years old. Pay the extra $20 and book with a real "quality" hotel, unless you like getting left at the airport after a long flight home.

Chambre spacieuse et très propre, grande douche. Equipement standard pour le Canada i.e. frigo, TV, table et fer à repasser. Produits de toilette. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner, plutôt correct. Personnel aimable et serviable. Nous recommandons.

After having a terrible day and being extremely exhausted. My husband and I were frustrated with the previous hotel we were to stay at . It was a terrible experience, we decided to leave and connect with Quality Inn and Arman communicated through Chat and phone . He invited us to come by and he would help us as best as he could. He went above and beyond for us. We are very grateful and blessed that we had Arman help us with our booking and stay. He’s an exemplary employee with an amazing spirit. He was kind and so helpful . He genuinely cared . His customer service was beyond excellent and we will be returning as we had the best experience and stay. Thank you Arman we appreciate your excellence on your customer service skills and most of all your compassion during such a difficult day we had.

The experience at Quality Inn was very positive. All staff, especially Arman, were always available when we required assistance. Everyone was smiling and very polite with all the guests. Excellent service. This hotel is close to many amenities and Arman was very helpful with giving directions and bus information. Thank you to everyone.

This is an excellent hotel. I've stayed here before and, once again, I'm very satisfied with the service, the quality of the facilities, the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness. The location is strategic, close to shops and restaurants. I want to highlight the employee ARMAN, who is very kind and provides great customer service. Whenever I'm in the Mississauga area, I plan to stay at this hotel. Congratulations to everyone and keep improving. I'm very satisfied. Thank you!
