prices were high as it was notre dame move in. lobby and exterior are nice but rooms and hallways very dated. dingy. stained blinds. scuffed furniture. we stayed 3 days and had no housekeeping though we asked for it. bed saggy, bed linens cheap and inadequate. furniture stained. room had a weird odor. staff was pleasant. very disappointed as reviews were mostly positive. will not stay here again.

We just stayed here while dropping our son off at college. We have stayed here before. Very friendly staff, comfortable beds. Good location. Cleanliness of bathroom was so so. Note. If you are staying two nights you don’t get maid service. Breakfast area was small but there was more seating past the front desk.

We reserved two beds 3 months ago. Showed up. One bed. That is a difficult situation for four people. Then tried to charge us 250 dollars over our reservation. First and last visit. Would t even attempt to fix because we sold out? That is why we reserved so far in advance. It’s move in date for notre dame. Wish I had not listened to the reviews. And the room smells also

We did an overnight stay on our way through. Good location with lots of restaurants nearby. Our room was clean but nothing fancy. When we checked in the front desk gave us adjoining rooms as there wasn’t a single room with 2 beds available so that was a nice little upgrade. Pet friendly, pet fee $75.

Nice Decor in lobby and room looks lovely. The Barn doors that are used on the bathroom do not keep out any sound or smell. The bed was by far not what I have enjoyed at Hiltons before and felt like sleeping on a brick. I ended up sleeping on the hide a couch bed which was better.

The room was ok- basic room, nothing special. But the amenities were terrible. Pool looks disgusting and it’s 88 degrees in the pool room with very strong chlorine smell. The outdoor fire pit was on but the outside tvs didn’t work. So I’m sitting on the patio with nothing to do while my kids swim in the filthy, stinky, hot pool 🤷♀️. We definitely won’t stay here again. At least the lady that checked us in was nice and friendly.

I have stayed at the Mishawaka, IN. location many times, and the service level is as good as I have ever experienced! Today, guest service manager, Katrina Love, was especially helpful and friendly! She helped me print a document and let me have a battery for my mouse, which was not working. Not only was she incredibly helpful, but also very cheerful! I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in the Mishawaka, IN area!

We stayed here for NCAA March Madness games hosted by Notre Dame. The hotel was only a 10 minute drive to the site of the games. This facility was well appointed and clean. There are so many restaurants and shopping right in the area. We ended up needing to arrive a day earlier than we originally booked and depart a day earlier. Katrina at the front desk could not have been more accommodating. She was so helpful. Everyone here was very pleasant. The rooms were great. I definitely would look to stay here again if we have to be in this area.

Heather was exceptional & accommodating when we stopped in the hotel to book the room earlier this week. She also remembered us when we called to confirm the date of our reservation & was very pleasant to talk with at check-in. She made our stay top notch from the start, which hasn't always been our experience with hotel attendees in the past & we stay at a lot of hotels. She also chatted with our three kids & we could tell that made them feel special. Thank you, Heather for making our stay even more memorable.
