Lets begin by saying if there were and overall rating less than 1, I would use it. First, upon arrival, we were met by a desk agent that acting like we put her out by coming to her desk. Upon entering our room, we were greeted by a used bar of soap in the bathtub accompanied by pubic hair. In the refrigerator, there were 2 styrofoam boxes with take out food in them. I came on a football weekend and was charged over 300% of the normal rate for the weekend which is understandable IF: you get what you pay for. On Saturday when we returned from the game, both rooms we had were not cleaned, no garbage taken out, beds not made, etc. I went down to the front desk and asked ”Miss Personality” why our room was not turned. Her answer: I just came in, I don't know but we are understaffed. I asked her if she had any towels and washcloths and you would have thought I asked her for a million dollars. She proceeded to give me 1 towel and 1 washcloth (for 2 rooms). Sunday morning as we left to go out for the day, there were 3 housekeepers and the front desk agent sitting out front eating and smoking. I just knew we were going to get service as there was help. Upon returning, the rooms again we untouched. I proceeded to go to the front desk were I had to yell to get ”Miss Personality” to come out. I asked her again why the rooms were not cleaned. Her answer-”I don't know, I just got here” then ”we are short staffed”. I told her this was unsatisfactory . She just looked at me. I asked to speak to a manager. She said none were available. I proceeded to demand to speak to a manager- she just stared at me. As I expressed my displeasure I asked for her name- she refused. I asked what she was going to do about this and she proceeded to walk away into the back office. The quote on the back of my invoice ”At Country Inn and Suites by Radisson, we have one goal to treat guests like family. We do this by delivering warm and personable service with a touch of home” What a crock of SH*T. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this pit.
