Big Blue Studios Myrtos

We rented the room #10 on the top floor. The room (don’t believe it’s a studio) is very small. Just ok for 2 people to sleep. There is a sink with a fridge and to be honest, we used it once to make toast, so if you’re in a very positive mood you could call it a kitchenette:-) The bathroom is made for slim and small people (1m2). I’m 1m88 and I had to be very careful not to hit my head all the time, which I unfortunately did a few times.. On the positive side, kudos to the cleaning lady. She did a great job keeping our room tidy. Also the terrace is ok.. small but nice to spend some time as it is well covered against the sun and because it’s on the side of the building, there was a nice breeze most of the time. Two warnings: (i) to get to apartment #10, you need to climb quite a nr of stairs.. and (ii) the building hosts two businesses: big blue studios (Pavlos) and big blue apartments (run by Nikos and owned by Pavlos’ brother). The apartments are more classy than the studios and get better reviews on ***********.. just that you know. Finally, we liked Myrtos as a village. Platanos restaurant is a must-visit.. nice owner and good food and atmosphere.
