Camera decisamente inadeguata per un 4 stelle, bagno vecchio, mobili rovinati, vasca da bagno con crepe e macchie, terrazza inesistente, i lettini per prendere il sole non si potevano aprire per mancanza di spazio. La Jacuzzi al nostro arrivo non funzionava, qualcuno precedentemente aveva fatto l'idro con la crema solare sulla pelle. È stata riparata Il giorno dopo, ma quando hanno fatto il cambio dell'acqua è stata riempita troppo e quando ci siamo entrati si è allagato completamente il balcone. Da premiare la vista panoramica, ma rifarei urgentemente i bagni, altrimenti il costo spropositato per Creta non ha senso.

Fijn kleinschalig familiehotel met een fantastisch zicht op zee; zowel vanuit de kamers, vanuit het zwembad als vanaf de ontbijtruimte. Groot zwembad. Dit hotel is enkel geschikt voor mensen op zoek naar rust: geen lawaai, noch luide muziek, noch animatie…een verademing! Ontbijt in buffetvorm is goed. Op wandelafstand enkele zeer goede, typisch Griekse restaurants, waaronder Vrisi, Panorama,… Auto is een must om de omgeving te verkennen en tot in Plakias ( verschillende supermarkten) te rijden: er is voldoende parking. Wij waren met 4 en hadden een suite geboekt. Verbleven er voor de 2de keer; ideaal in combinatie met een verblijf in het drukkere noorden!

Stefanos Village is een een hele fijne plek om tot rust te komen. Zwembad is geweldig, ontbijt gewoon goed. Weg er naar toe was best een uitdaging omdat ik via Google Maps in Mirthios wel een heel smal straatje in werd gestuurd. Dus gewoon op de “hoofdweg” blijven rijden door het plaatsje heen en daarna via een scherpe bocht rechtsaf de steile heuvel op. Waar een bordje staat met privéterrein of verboden toegang, ik weet het niet meer, negeren en gewoon omhoog rijden. Medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk. Enig minpuntje voor mij was dat de airco zo gesitueerd is in de woonkamers dat het erg lang duurt voordat het slaapgedeelte was afgekoeld.

Ne venez surtout pas avec vos enfants. Mon fils de 9 ans n’a pu se promener seul dans le jardin de l’hôtel. Le directeur est venu me voir durant notre petit-déjeuner pour me dire que c’était impossible de laisser circuler les enfants seules. Et qu’il a renvoyé dans la chambre mon fils. Je comprends très bien que les enfants ne peuvent aller seul à la piscine, mais de là les interdire de se promener dans le jardin. C’est inconcevable. Donc éviter de venir avec des enfants, je doute que les enfants plus jeunes soient mieux accueillis! Sinon vous devriez les enfermer dans votre suite durant le séjour ou devriez éviter l’établissement au maximum. C’est ce que nous avons fait, horrible…

Dit is een heel fijn hotel met een prachtig uitzicht over plakias. We zouden hier 3 jaar geleden al naar toe maar toen werd ik en ons zoontje net voor vertrek ziek en mochten we niet reizen. We kregen een voucher voor een jaar. Het jaar erop gepland, maar toen kon het niet doorgaan vanwege Corona. Vorig jaar hetzelfde verhaal. Dit jaar kon het eindelijk doorgaan en de voucher gold nog steeds. Dit was heel erg netjes. We moesten vanwege gezinsuitbreiding nu een grotere kamer die normaal duurder was, dit rekenden ze niet aan ons door. Kortom hele nette mensen. Een fijn hotel, met een prachtige ligging. Het zwembad is mooi met het uitzicht. Enkele goede restaurants op loopafstand en veel keuze in plakias. Vanaf hier is een huurauto wel makkelijk om de omgeving te verkennen.

Hotel bello e panoramico. La mattina ci si sveglia come in una cartolina. Confortevole, pulito, ottima colazione. Personale cortese e efficiente. Il top sono le suite con idromassaggio in terrazzo. La piscina con lo sfioro sul mare è bellissima

The Hotel ist very beautiful It has a wonderful view onto the sea and there are four very delicious Restaurants nearby The breakfast in the Hotel ist great, but most importantly the Hotel has a super nice staff, who are Always Happy to help you with everything you need

Φανταστική εμπειρία, υπέροχη θέα, πολύ καθαρό δωματιο και η πισίνα, φιλόξενο προσωπικό!! Εύκολη πρόσβαση στο χωριό και σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από την παραλία του Πλακιά. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπήγαινα, δεν ήθελα να φύγω!

the most horrible experience, in a dirty place, old and non-functional furniture, execrable breakfast, the pictures have nothing in common with the reality. Whoever put more than 2 stars, I think they don't know what a 4-star hotel means or they are just friends. Be careful, they charge you double and from what I read we are not the only ones. Absolutely miserable place run by a disgusting character Vasilis
