Mirissa Beach Villa

This is a stunning boutique hotel and we had an amazing stay, just relaxing after a 2 week tour. As soon as you walk in, it feels like an oasis of calmness. The rooms are lovely, with all the comfort and amenities you would expect. There is plenty of space to relax and sunbath in the gardens with a choice of 3 pools, perfect to cool off! But the best feature is the wonderful staff, lead by their extremely professional manager, Kasun. As soon as you arrive, it feels like Kasun is welcoming you into his home, nothing is too much trouble and he is always on hand to offer advice and suggestions and even umbrellas when needed! Breakfast is a true banquet and you must try dinner - the chef is amazing and always pops out for a chat and to make sure everything is to your liking. This place is a true gem.

We booked this beautiful villa for our honeymoon and stayed 11 nights. We loved every minute here, from the stunning and spacious sea view room with a balcony to the gorgeous and well maintained grounds - clearly something they're very proud of. Kasun and the team were the loveliest bunch! They were so helpful and happy to help with any request. We cannot thank them enough for our wonderful and unforgettable holiday! If you're wanting somewhere special, peaceful, private and relaxing we 100% recommend you book Mirissa Beach Villa! We ate at the villa and recommend the Sri Lankan curry option. Very tasty! There's also some great restaurants within walking distance: Petti Petti & Concept La Mer. And a little further into Mirissa centre you've got Tandoori Chicken. Yum!

Fantastic small villa located on the seafront with stunning views and beautiful decor and ignore any negative reviews as they have listened to every comment and look to improve everything. Highly recommend it’s perfect for a quiet blissful break listening to the sea and watching the turtles. The staff and manager and food all great and so flexible with meal times if you prefer brunch rather than breakfast. We had 1st floor room overlooking the sea and it was stunning and our favourite stay out of all 5 hotels we stayed in. Thank you!

Did not manage to stay because the hotel cancelled our booking saying they had a block booking and we could no longer be accommodated . We booked a month ago. Their booking confirmation said, “We are thrilled to have you as our guest and can’t wait to make your stay exceptional and memorable.” Yeah, right. Either the lure of a block booking was too much ir their systems are ineffective. Book with caution.

Wow wow wow! What can I say! From the moment we arrived, we were told to treat the place as home and relax, and we certainly did. The food by Fadhil was freshly made to order and was beautiful and the Sri Lankan curry was excellent. Kasun and his staff treated us like royalty…. Absolutely loved our stay. Well done.

Hands down the best place to stay in Mirissa! It felt like a home away from home, can't thank Kasun, Adeel and the rest of the team enough for their exceptional service from the beginning to the end. Super hardworking staff and most importantly, they made each of the guest feel welcomed. The view of course absolutely breathtaking, peaceful nights - what else could one ask for on a vacation. The food AMAZING! the chef definitely cooks with love.
