Very clean room

We found the hotel to be clean. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was awesome. We found this hotel to be good value for the money.

While I am very grateful for the last minute addition to our stay I would have to say that was the only great thing about this stay. The hotel is in need of some renovations, especially in the rooms. Bathroom: tub didn’t drain, towels were so worn, fraying, didn’t match. Outlets not the greatest when trying to use the hair dryer. Room: The couch was not something I was going to sit in, looked dirty, old and really needed to be replaced years ago. Floors while vacuumed were dirty, had to wash my feet within minutes of being asking in the room. Not a good feeling. Very little space to put any clothes away. Two drawers and one had pillows in them. When staying for 3-4 days or would be nice to unpack a few things. Room was a let down, bed wasn’t horrible but not a bed I’d want to sleep in for long, dark inside, sliding doors were filthy, cigarette butts littered all over, couldn’t open door as guests smoking outside. Breakfast: Only suggestion would be to have yogurt, cheeses in a fridge, picked them up and cheese was bendy and yogurt was warm. Staff sitting out in lobby and only came in to ask if I wanted eggs or sausage. Outdoors: Staff sitting out the front door when I arrived smoking, guests smoking outside of the rooms, cigarette butts littered all over. Grass not cut, parking lot needs a good cleaning, patio doors, and walkways. I have several days already book for June and within the first day of staying I booked myself into other hotels. Will not be back!

Our stay was fine and enjoyable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We found that the towels and face clothes looked old and tired and were not white.

I was here due to my mother being in the hospital, she passed away while I was here. I had to arrive a day earlier than I had reserved for and stayed an extra day. I had already found that the rates were good , but in check out they informed me they had reduced my nightly rate because I was here visiting mom. They didn’t have to do this and I was happy with the original rate , but they didn’t anyways. You don’t find that kind of compassion in big corporate places , but yet it happened here . The staff have been excellent, from front desk , cleaning staff and buffet staff.

Staff was really nice and super sweet. But water pressure was not great. Took awhile for water to get hot. And wster pressure was only good if the wayer was unbearably hot. Everything else was amazing.
