Good price, service, amenities, and coziness. The area has great walking distance shops and restaurants.

I’m familiar with the area, and it’s actually quite nice, but unfortunately, the hotel accommodations were dreadful. When I arrived to check in — and again at checkout — no one was at the front desk; I waited for over 30 minutes to be assigned a room. There was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the hotel that made the entire stay uncomfortable.
I recently had knee surgery, and to make matters worse, the elevators were not working, causing even more difficulty getting around. The furniture in the room looked like it had been picked up off the curb — torn, scratched, and full of holes. The water pressure in the bathroom felt like a full-blown pressure washer, making it very unpleasant to use.
On top of that, there wasn’t even an iron in the room. When I asked, the front desk clerk informed me they have a shared iron policy, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel.
Overall, this was a terrible experience. Never again.

Don't Bother
The hotel canceled my reservation upon arrival due to the elevator not working. I was booked for a room several floors up and had not been contacted prior to my arrival to inform of such. Such a waste of time!

I had a terrible experience. The elevator was broke, no hot water, room smelled terrible. The owners of the property are terrible for not fixing these issues therefore putting their Staff in bad position!
The manager Danielle and young man at front were polite, tried to their best but it wasn’t in their control. The only saving this property is probably these two!

Jamás volveré. No lo recomiendo.
Hice una reserva para estar 3 semanas en el hotel. El servicio es terrible. No te limpian la habitación. No te cambian las toallas. El olor a ********* en los pasillos es terrible. Debes sacar la basura tú mismo y caminar todo el estacionamiento para ir a llevar la bolsa. Insólito. Que pagues por quedarte en un hotel y tengas tu mismo que limpiar, cambiar sábanas, toallas y sacar la basura. No No No. En la recepción me dijeron que no me podía quejar porque yo había obtenido un muy buen precio por mi estadía. Eso no es problema de nadie. Uso ********** desde hace más de 10 años y obtengo los mejores precios posible. Pero eso no significa que no puedo poner un reclamo cuando las cosas no están bien. Inmediatamente llamé a servicio al cliente y me resolvieron el problema. Me fui. Me consiguieron reserva en otro hotel donde mi dinero si tuvo valor.

After checking inform there was no elevator and it has been out for a month. The clerk gave me my key and walked out with a very bad attitude the room was dirty The furniture needed to be replaced in poor condition. Traveling out of town was a nightmare. The next day I spoke with the clerk regarding room condition She exchanged my room. I feel some accommodating is required.
