Hyatt Place Sandestin at Grand Blvd

The hotel was immaculately presented, the staff were always friendly and helpful. The location suited our needs for walking distance to the New Year’s Eve celebrations.

No issues with parking. Everyone was friendly. Breakfast was very good. Although we didn’t use it, the pool area was nice. There was sign for a happy hour from 5-7pm each, but again we didn’t use this. Fitness room was adequate. Room was cleaned once during the stay and wash clothes were taken and not replaced. Was good enough to recommend and to stay here again.

Great hotel for families. Good space in the room and the pull-out couch made room for our large family. The daily morning breakfast was top notch and we loved the location's proximity to Destin and 30A. Parking is easy and the lobby area is nice for business needs. Ask for the housekeeping schedule when you check in to make sure you understand when you will receive fresh towels and service. We loved that there was a washer and dryer on our floor, but a bit inconvenient that it only took quarters ($2 for wash, $2 for dry). Workout area on the second floor is nice - good to see a Pelaton available.

Great location in walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Miramar beach was only 10 minute drive from the hotel. Kudos to the exceptional staff that worked on Saturday the 14th through Monday the 16th!! Breakfast was good too and lots of options!

Great location! Grand Boulevard offers dining and shopping within walking distance. This location is also close to Baytown Wharf for a fun touristy experience. Public beaches and Henderson Beach state park is just a 15-minute drive.

Beautiful location and fabulous staff. Highly recommend this location for couples, friends or family travel.

NOT PET FRIENDLY. Not friendly period. Hotel room was not clean. Sheets do not fit the bed, stains visible in mattress. Carpet sticky and soiled. Enormous pet fee and pets are NOT allow throughout the hotel, meaning you carry your pet when taking it outside. NO customer service provided.

My family and I came in September 2022 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. For a three star hotel, it was a 10/10 experience. This most recent trip, however was not that. From the moment we walked onto the 4th floor, the subtle smell of mold lingered throughout the hallway. When we opened the door to our suite (room 425) the smell was undeniable. It was late, I was tired so I gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt. The bed was extremely uncomfortable with a sinking spot in the center of the mattress. The air conditioner was extremely loud with an audible drip that could be heard clear into the living room. The next day, we discovered a wet spot in the front of the bed, that most likely came from the Air Conditioner unit. After leaving at 10:00 and returning around 3pm our room had not been serviced. I called down to complain and was told they don’t service the rooms daily, but if I wanted they would send house keeping up (I am still waiting on housekeeping to clean that room to this day.) We checked out after a two night stay and will not be returning. Breakfast was decent.

I had a lovely stay at Hyatt Place Sandestin. Location is a short drive from the beach & a convenient drive to town. Clean & comfortable. Hope to come back soon!
