Receptionist greet with a friendly smile and told me that the room is ready, a very nice staff escort me to the room and introduce the rooftop bar and explained clearly how to use the elevator. The room is spotless clean and give you a tranquil feeling which is exactly what I need after a long fight. TY e shower is so good and modern, strong enough water flow.
The buffet breakfast is superb with different kinds of bread, cereal, home made yogurt, smoked salmon, scramble eggs, tomatoes, little sausages, potato harsh brown, many kinds of cold cuts and cheese, greens, etc.
the bar food is good as well!

So glad to have discovered this gem! “Above and beyond” friendliness and service, gorgeous lobby and dining area, amazing views from our balcony and the rooftop, easy walk to the waterfront… We can’t wait to return!

We loved our stay here. The staff at the front desk, the cleaning staff, and the wait staff in the restaurant were always exceptional. We already miss Daniel and Michael. Our hotel was beautifully designed and decorated in the room and in the common spaces. We enjoyed the breakfast quality and variety. The bed in our room was a bit firm and on a couple of occasions our Ubers would not take us up to the hotel entrance because of the narrow paths, The immediate area around the hotel is quiet and safe, but we were just a few minutes away from various sites of interest.

Great location by the river. Quiet room. I would have liked a selection of pillows but the bed was fairly comfortable. Staff was very helpful. There is a wide selection of choices for breakfast.

The property was beautiful and we had a comfortable, spacious, modern room. We had drinks and dessert and the staff was great. They also reached out in advance offering to arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel. They were knowledgeable and friendly. We had a nice balcony and view. There was a rooster nearby as we were in a neighborhood otherwise pretty quiet area. The alley to our hotel was very narrow and we had to walk a bit to get near the sites and majority of the shopping and restaurants. I loved the property and recommend it, just wish was closer to things we wanted to see and do.
