The setting and grounds were beautiful and very peaceful. The buildings and room were picturesque. Even though our room was located near the corner of the property near a traffic intersection, it had excellent sound insulation and was very quiet. The mattress was softer than I'm accustomed to (like sleeping on a big marshmallow) but very comfortable. Loved that there was both a shower and a tub. Beautiful pool and spa. This will definitely be the place I'll stay on my next visit to Ojai.

I stayed at the Blue Iguana Hill In Ojai, CA in April 2025. The grounds of the inn were lovely. The room we booked was a deluxe king room and it was perfect; it was comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I wished I could have stayed longer than one night!

Ten of us stayed here for a girls trip, and we couldn't have had a better experience. Two of us rented the two-bedroom bungalow as a hangout, and the others took individual rooms. The Blue Iguana oozes charm; everything is clean, private, and delightfully decorated. Lots of shady lawns with tables and chairs, and the pool/spa area is extremely inviting. We're already planning our return trip!

The Blue Iguana was exquisite in every way! The Arch./lay-out/colors/etc. all perfect, and everything in my room required a second-look . . .somebody has good taste! PS The picture you see here was the view from my room = :) FYI The Staff was informed and personable!

We had the best time! Have visited the Ojai Valley area numerous times at all levels of accommodation. Sorry to say we have driven past many times without even checking out property. The grounds are beautiful with so many shady nooks / sitting areas and so more expansive than we guessed from driving past.
