本人於4月8日早晨退房時，將一個零食袋暫存於酒店前台，並説明有家人於下午來取。雖然物品最終順利取回，但前台工作人員在交接過程中表現出明顯的敷衍態度，全程冷漠對待愛答不理。作為酒店住客，我們理解前台工作繁忙，但基本的服務禮儀和尊重客人的態度有嗎，不需要多麼好的服務態度，就是説咱能正常溝通交流嗎？我還是住的客人，不是從外面跑進來讓你們幫忙保管的，是不是不能保管，如果不能保管客人物品請説明！！！！

作為隆鑫大酒店的老客户不得不評價一下此次住房體驗：感覺各方面都不如以前，感覺就像換了老闆一樣，1、先從前台來講態度不好，感覺就像隆鑫大酒店就是**，你愛住不愛住的感覺，（請問你這個酒店有什麼過人之處還是來民樂是非住不可的一個地方嗎？）
2、17層不知道在搬家還是清潔，所有的床和床品全部放在過道里，和這個酒店，這個價位的住宿極不符合，早晨天不亮就開始吵鬧，不知道是服務員大聲説話還是搬東西（其實這樣大規模的整頓，要麼停業，要麼該樓層就不應該讓客人住宿）
3、服務員打掃完衞生就把一大塊臟布子放在洗手枱上，其實這已經是第二次了，感官上好看嗎？那塊臟布子也還不知道擦過什麼的
總之，這次住宿花錢買了氣受，其實算下來給隆鑫大酒店也前後貢獻了1個W左右了，這種**克拉斯的狀態以後也不可能再住了
