I had a terrifying experience at MG Nefertiti that made me feel completely unsafe. At 2:00 AM, someone was trying to enter my room by force while I was sleeping. I woke up to the sound of the door being tampered with, started shouting loudly, but the person kept trying to get in. I immediately contacted the hotel, and they said it was a mistake. However, just a few minutes later, the same person returned and tried again! This time, a hotel staff member arrived and the intruder left. The next day, the hotel made him check out early, but when I asked to speak to a manager, no one was available. When I finally got a call from a manager, all I got was a weak apology, blaming it on the receptionist’s mistake. What’s worse, there was no security at the hotel, and only one staff member was working the night shift—completely unacceptable for guest safety. MG Nefertiti has serious security issues and lacks proper management. If you care about your safety and peace of mind, DO NOT stay here!

How can a new building look so aged so quickly? We had a room in the new building and it was already cracked and down at heel! Lift to dining area was distinctly basic but food was adequate and we slept well, it is a quiet location. A feature is a large swimming pool at centre of large courtyard

Son una porqueria de gente
Fui al hotel por las mias, pregunte cuanto me salia la noche y me dijeron u$a 70, les dije en la pagina esta u$a 50 y no quisieron aceptar. Entre a la pagina pague con mi tarjeta, me enviaron mi reserva por mail, volvi al hotel y no me dieron habitacion aduciendo que nunca recibieron confirmacion de la reserva. Les escribi a uds. y no me dieron solucion.

Hands down best hotel in Minya!
This hotel is absolutely lovely. It is clean, comfortable and safe. The pool is so refreshing in the heat of the day and all the food I had was excellent. But, the best thing of all is the staff. Everyone here has been so helpful to me. They arranged tours and transportation, provided security when I walked in town, provided a very quick laundry service, and even helped me to find a very specific salon product I was in need of. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and attentiveness!!!

Great Customer Service
The hotel was great and the people were amazing! They were so accommodating when my family members were coming in and out during their day visits. I really appreciate everyone there being so nice and so polite!
