Eagle River Inn

The Eagle River Inn is a very charming and beautifully decorated hotel. There are multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy the sights sounds of the Eagle River streaming by. Our flight was delayed and I was very impressed with the communication of staff concerning our late arrival. There was a young lady named Rayna who worked the front desk and breakfast area who was so sweet and accommodating. The Continental breakfast was better than what you would expect. Although we did find the coffee to be lukewarm at best in the morning, but Rayna was very accommodating about heating it up. One thing to note is that there is no elevator and the rooms are on the second or third floor. It was challenging to get our luggage up the stairs. I am not sure if we would’ve checked in while there was staff on duty if there would have been assistance or not. The reason I rated four stars instead of five is because of the bedding. My friend and I both found the pillows to be too soft and lacking support. Also there is a down duvet that is quite nice, however was a little too much cover and wish there had been a lighter option.

Most definitely a needle in a haystack..a hidden gem..PERFECT,,I want to keep it a secret. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. The hotel is in a wonderfully secluded location in Minturn. Minturn doesn't have much to offer but Vail and Edwards are close by. We will be back.

This is our favorite place in our favorite little town in Colorado. Exquisitely executed accomodations, family owned and operated by great hosts. The price point in the summer is great for the quality of stay. Helps that it is next to two of my other favorite places, the Minturn Saloon, and Minturn Angler.

Beautiful hotel right along the river. Great spots to relax outside and read or have a drink. Breakfast was delicious and the town of Minturn is very cute! I’d definitely come again!

This beautiful inn was exactly the type of retreat we needed after a long drive from Ohio. The bedding was top of the line & being soothed to sleep by the sounds of the river water was dreamy. The shower and bath products were wonderful. The owner was as friendly & inviting as he could be. The ambiance took me back to an inn I stayed at in Spain. This place is curated perfection. We will definitely be back!

Spent a lovely 4th of July at the Eagle River Inn. The lodge has been beautifully restored, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is right on the river and has a beautiful back garden with fire pits- the perfect place to relax and have a glass of wine. The staff is thoughtful, knowledgeable and friendly.
