Ездил в декабре 2022 года. Отель без претензий. Приехал, заселился. В номере чисто, планировка уютная, обстановка достаточно спартанская, но мне много и не надо было. Персонал приветливый, девушки на ресепшене вообще милые. Недостатки, уже как бывший строитель. Отделочникам - руки оторвать за такую работу, окно в номере, створка не отрегулирована, потому несколько сифонила, но погода была нормальной, когда съезжал, девчонок на ресепшене предупредил, что бы пришёл специалист и подкрутил эксцентрик. А так в принципе, тихий, уютный отель, с таким же домашним персоналом. Рядом ДС Веснянка, до центра добираться вообще без проблем. По большому счёту, рекомендую. И последнее, это в принципе ко всему Минску относится. Мне как жителю Татарстана не хватало того, что в Минске чай пьют мало, в основном кофе, а у нас принято раз в 15-20 минут пить чай. Мне в Минске чая не хватало.

Nice hotel, easy to find (thanks to its special shape), situated near Kuntsevschina metro station (15-minute walk or 3 stops by bus, which stops a few metres from the hotel). Quiet surroundings, a few supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity. The room was pleasant, with 2 beds, a balcony, TV set, desk and chair, a big wardrobe and toilet with a shower, toiletries and hairdryer provided. Cleaned every day. There were some issues with their card payment terminal when I arrived, but it was OK the following morning. Wi-fi not very strong and reliable, had some problems to log in on one phone and I didn´t manage to log in on another telephone. The receptions desk girls nice and helpful, no problem I arrived before midnight, and the evening before my departure they arranged airport transfer for me - I was leaving at 4 a.m. If ever in Minsk again, I will definitely try to get accommodation here.

The room is very big, spacious and bright. The floor-to-ceiling windows are very large. The scenery outside the window is very good. The sunset is infinitely beautiful, but it is almost dusk. The breakfast is very rich. I will stay there again next time I go to Minsk

Firstly, the key fob weighs at least 500 grams. It is extremely inconvenient to carry it with you. Secondly, when we checked in, they didn’t know what kind of breakfast we were including (continental or buffet) and what time it started. In the room I saw information that breakfast is from 7:00 to 10:00. I arrived at 7:10 and was checked in. There was no division into any groups in the lists. It turns out I had to arrive at 8:00, which was not written anywhere. As a result, I was offered to sit until 8:00 or purchase breakfast at my own expense (for which I had already paid).

Останавливались в этом отеле в номере studio с 06 по 09 мая. Отель оказался настолько приятным и крайне удобным. 1. От центра 2 остановки на метро. 2. До метро 5 минут ходьбы вдоль цветущих каштанов (в это время весь Минск утопает в цвете этих деревьев). 3. Номер был 206. Чистый, светлый. Пыли нет совсем (моя супруга очень оценила это! Не в каждом отеле 5 звёзд такое встретишь). 4. Отличная сантехника, все исправно, нигде не течёт и не свистит. 5. Полотенца для данной категории просто улёт! 6. Завтрак разнообразен и очень хорош! 7. Пару раз ужинали в ресторане. На троих ужин обходился около 100 бел.рублей (было вкусно! Салаты + горячее + чай + куча колы). Для сравнения в центре, рядом с площадью Победы позавтракали за те же 100 бел.рублей (но там нечего было есть за эти деньги). Если ещё раз в Минск, то только в этот отель (хотя я очень люблю менять локации)!!!

Приехали с женой на праздник 9 мая. Очень не понравилось, что за такими вещами как тапочки, халат, ватные диски, ушные палочки необходимо обращаться с просьбой чтобы их выдали, хотя в гостинице уровня четыре звезды - все это должно быть по умолчанию. Так-же очень удивило отсутствие кондиционера для волос, и одноразовых пакетиков чая и кофе. Очень был удивлен, что в праздник на 9 мая в номер была принесена вода, а уборка не проводилась. Стаканы не мылись в принципе за все время ни разу. Так-же качество полотенец хуже тряпки которую используют для мытья полов, фото прилагаю. Телевизор в номере по размеру кинескопа, меньше чем дисплей моего MacBook. Подведя итог, в целом хочу сказать, что данному отелю до четырех звезд как до Луны и обратно. Твердые две звезды.
