Location is really great, very close to vibrant street full of restaurants and cafes. But hotel is quiet and cozy. Rooms are simple yet neat. Breakfast can’t be booked online, which is strange, but not really necessary, thanks to proximity to Oktyabrskaya street. WiFi is good

We stayed at the hotel not the first time and as always got only positive experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel has restaurant, cafe and bar where you can try different cuisine. The only one thing which was surprising us is broken rain shower head in the room.

Very good hotel. Before that, we stayed in Minsk in other 5 star hotels, this is the most optimal location. Classic style, lots of trees, large rooms. We had a room with a balcony and view to the city hall. Everything necessary in the room is available. Parking was paid underground, 39 B.R. per day, but you can put a car and opposite the hotel entrance behind the chain, but there are not many places there. Breakfasts didn't take, we love to walk in the cafe. The spa is small on the -1 floor, is included in the cost of accommodation, a couple of times went, the people didn't. The staff of the hotel, from the Swiss to the maids, were very pleased - all friendly, friendly and attentive. Thank you very much for their work!!! It is necessary to return!!!

The hotel is nice and the room was perfectly clean on both occasions I was there. The staff was fine. The bar was small but had a nice selection of beverages. The location is nice, there are several restaurants and other places nearby. Overall, a good experience.

The hotel is located in a historical protected area and is also a protected unit. The front desk staff is warm and courteous and can communicate in English. I have been travelling Europe on a budget since July 2020. Also been to Turkey, Dubai and now in the US. I have now stayed in the Hampton Minsk on two separate occasions and both times have been excellent. Check-in and out both times were easy and pleasant. The rooms excellent. The receptionists spoke great English, a Godsend to a person who is trying to learn Russian, but getting nowhere fast. If the future of Belarus is to become more European and attract tourists to it, then this hotel is the standard every hotel should aspire to. Not only that, I will look at other Hampton's in the chain as I continue my travels. I hope the consistency is there, if not then this hotel is where budding Hampton Hotel managers should visit to see how the standard can be achieved. Great job!

Excellent location and this boutique hotel had everything I need. Good breakfast at the dining area, room was spacious and modern with large bathroom. Staff was 5 stars all the way. Located within walking distance to Minsk old square and the new business center. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in this hotel in april month for a night. Hotel is really a boutique designer’s hotel, nice and very comfortable. Rooms are good with all maximum amenities like a five star hotel. There are some minor minus things – like bathroom, in the bathroom they don’t have hooks for towel, undergarments inspite of sufficient space on the walls. Staff is very polite and helpful. Restaurant ZALKIND KITCHEN has menu with original cuisine with different tastes. Food was tasty and have a good selection of wines also. Restaurant is small but even then it’s very nice and have a very good atmosphere. Only couldn’t understand their advertisement of CHEF’S Dinner- “WORLD FOR TASTE” which you have to book in advance. We have called on Thursday for booking this Chef’s Dinner for Friday. Unfortunately, we were told that Chef doesn’t take orders for Friday and Saturday. That’s was the really interesting answer. Then what’s the meaning of advertising this or they should add that no booking for Friday and Saturday. Seems the Chef have rest days on weekends. Мы остановились в этом отеле на ночь в апреле. Ресторан ZALKIND KITCHEN предлагает меню авторской кухни на разные вкусы. Еда была вкусной, а также хороший выбор вин. Ресторан небольшой, но даже в этом случае он очень приятный и имеет очень хорошую атмосферу. Только не могли понять рекламу ШЕФ УЖИН- «МИР НА ВКУСА», которую надо бронировать заранее. Мы позвонили в четверг, чтобы заказать ужин от шеф-повара на пятницу. К сожалению, нам сказали, что шеф-повар не принимает заказы на пятницу и субботу. Это действительно интересный ответ. Тогда какой смысл рекламировать? Или им следует добавить, что на пятницу и субботу бронирование на ШЕФ УЖИН- «МИР НА ВКУСА», не принимаются.
