2) One thing must mentioned is this hotel accepts Singapore bank issued credit card which so cool !
3) one lady staff at the counter at midnight very smart and helpful in helping me for my credit card and train booking online

A hotel to choose in Minsk!
Amazing stay, especially for this price. Large room, very comfortable bed, comfortable sofas in the room, well-functioning bathroom with bidet and a huge, amazing bathtub. The service was also very polite and helpful in all situations.
The only negative I can say is that the wi-fi worked very poorly in the room, me and my wife could only access it from the bathroom.

Pulizia inesistente in 7 giorni. Colazione terribile, dove mancano persino croissant o piccola pasticceria. Personale che urla nell' hotel e non saluta. Porte che sbattono ripetutamente anche a notte inoltrata. Ho invitato una amica alla colazione, nonostante abbia pagato per una stanza doppia prima l'hanno redarguita come benvenuto e poi ho dovuto pagare un caffè offertegli a ben 32 rubli ... Una rapina visto che un buon ristorante con primo e secondo ha questo prezzo.
La polvere nella stanza era dovunque, ragnatele e assenza di riordino. Le.lenzula macchiate anche di sangue. Io credo che la.gestione sia totalmente da rivedere. La camera è.piacevole e in centro ... Devo dire uniche note positive.

Размещались в отеле На Замковой Минск на 4 ночи с 28 ноября по 2 декабря 2024 года. Отель произвёл двойственное впечатление.В отеле 26 номеров. Я, бронировала номер Твин с двумя отдельными кроватями. Разместили в самом удалённом номере 403,никогда туда не заселяйтесь, иначе будете каждый раз проходить квест по его нахождению от ресепшена и выхода из отеля. В отеле работает только один лифт до третьего этажа и только на подъём. А дальше ищите сами свой номер. Лабиринты лестниц, и дверей без указателей и табличек. В номерах нет хотя бы мини-холодильников, номер 72 метра неуютного пространства. Кровати узкие, мебель помпезная, шкафы, тумбочки, совершенно не функциональные. Огромная, ванна с джакузи биде. Сантехника требует ремонта. Гель, шампунь, мыло в наличии, Освежитель воздуха отсутствует, как и мини-холодильник. Завтраки нормальные, продукты свежие, фрукты разнообразные, каша овсянка ежедневно, омлет, котлеты трёх видов, соки, морс клюквенный, кофе, чай. На просьбу переселиться в аналогичный номер на втором или третьем этаже отказали. Предложили двухместный номер с одной кроватью, но этот нас не устроило. Так что пришлось пользоваться тем, что предложили. Отель произвёл странное впечатление. Большой плюс это расположение рядом с Галереей Минск, с разнообразными ресторанчиками. До Верхнего города пешком 15 минут.

Harika bir konuma sahip Minsk merkez de bulunan bir otel , kahvaltısı da ***et iyi ve yeterliydi. Odaları temiz ve güzeldi sadece ilk gün biten içme su yenilenmiş olsa daha iyi olurdu çünkü gece ilaç içmem gerektiğin de dışarı çıkıp su almak durumunda kaldım. Fantastic hotel
2nd stay in this hotel in one week as first stay was so amazing. Hotel is lovely and clean, great breakfast, fantastic rooms and very frienfly staff.
