This rating is based on the price-quality ratio. The cost of a single standard room is 2 thousand rubles (this is inexpensive for the capital), next to the Minsk Arena (the exhibition forum Otdykh 2025 that I needed was held here),. The hotel is intended for athletes, the conditions are a bit Spartan. There is no kettle or refrigerator in the room. There is a water cooler on the first floor. I took a mini electric kettle with me from home. Friendly staff. I walked to the water park along the lake shore.

If it weren't for the noisy neighbors, it would be even better. Not bad. Poor soundproofing, you can hear your neighbors through the outlet as if they were right next to you
