Ужасное отношение администратора Анастасии. Техника в номере не работала. Не вайфая, не телефона ничего. Отель с таким рейтингом не имеет права на хамство сотрудников, на то, что номера где ничего не работает предоставляют по полной стоимости. Попросили сделать скидку, нас послали. Анастасия сказала, что нужно было чтобы мы ночью ( как только заехали) , сразу просили о выселении. А где нам нужно было бы ночевать? На улице? Просили поменять номер, нам отказали. Очень жаль, что такое отношение. Надеюсь администраторам сделают выговор, и разберутся с техникой. Все таки сервис очень важен, прошу принять меры.

Excellent apart-hotel in Minsk. Large studio with refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishes, internet, washing machine and neat, cozy renovation. It is located about 8-10 minutes walk from the Grushevka metro station. The central part of Minsk is only 2 stops by metro. There is an Outleto shopping center nearby.

Сами апартаменты чистые и уютные. Вопросов по чистоте не было. Но есть одно но. Ты слышишь абсолютно все и как кто-то моется, как кто-то чихает и кашляет, как у кого-то там жаркая ночь с абсолютно всеми деталями происходящего, как у кого-то звонит телефон и т д. В общем впечатления двоякие, выспаться мы не смогли
