Villa Isabella Minori

Unser Zimmer in der Villa Isabella war einfach gigantisch. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und die Lage ist hierfür einfach unglaublich. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich wirklich um alles. Wenn an der Amalfi-Küste, dann ist das hier sicher einer der schönsten Orte. Gerne wieder

We spent 4 nights in this hotel even though we had booked for 6 days, then due to a problem with the room we left early. Before telling you what they could control and or improve I will tell you the positive points. Meanwhile, it faces the Minori seafront, with an excellent view from the rooms, both for those facing the sea and for those overlooking the square and the church. They are clean, spacious and quiet. However, it is located on the third floor of a building and the stairs to climb with suitcases and stroller if you go with a family, perhaps with a baby or a child, are not so comfortable or easy. Let's say they could specify this point. A big thumbs up goes to Mr. Angelo, the shuttle service driver, kind, friendly, professional and always available. The Wi-Fi didn't always work and above all, the real reason why we left early was the lack of hot water in our room. We had to shower our 7 month old baby on the beach, for a fee while we used cold water. Ok the summer heat but for what we paid I expected a different treatment, at least that they had solved the problem or changed our room. Naturally we made several reports but each time we were told that it was not possible. Only on the 4th day, after I cooled down and went in person to the reception of the San Francesco di Maiori (another of their hotels) was it verified that we were not telling lies. However, I wanted to leave the room early (after having paid for all 6 nights anyway). I recommend it or maybe for the reasons listed above choose their other hotel.
