Staff very friendly. Amenities are a bit dated and shower tile grout is stained and mildewed. But that was the worst of it. Otherwise just fine for what you’re paying.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this hotel. It is a great location with walking distance to a lot of activities. The hotel is nice and clean with a good free breakfast. The only drawback is there isn't an elevator. Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk guy at check in was nice. The maid tip envelope in the room is tacky and unprofessional. The rooms are nice, not the cleanest (not clean enough to tip, and will not tip on a multiple day stay when the maid does not hi g with the room during my stay) I called to let them know there are bedbugs as I gave a couple hundred bites from them. Was told I would be called back that same day, never received a call. Called coperate to file a report got an automated system. They do not seem to care. I am miserable itching, my skin is covered in bites. Hopefully they at least clean the room well do the next person does not get eaten alive by bed bugs.

The hallways smelled like stale cigarettes & dogs. There were ants in the bathroom and were swarming around the air conditioner. One morning we came down for breakfast and the warm food trays were empty. In general, the other food was scarce & there was no real choice of things to eat. The hotel grounds were overgrown with weeds. The flowers planted out front were not really planted in the pots & were dying of lack of water.

So I recently stayed here for a convention we were attending. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast they offer was better than expected. Eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, coffee and more. My biggest complaint would have to be the pool area. The hotub and pool definitely could use a cleaning and half of the jets don't work in the hotub. Also be mindful there is no elevator for the second floor. Finally the wifi signal is very weak.

Loved this hotel. It was very clean and quiet, and the bed was sooo comfortable. Nice breakfast set up, and the pool and hot tub are lovely. Its in a perfect area… close to everything and just across the street from the beach. Staff was wonderful. There was an elderly couple at breakfast, and they were taking a long time to eat. The staff kept breakfast open for an extra hour just so they could have a peaceful meal. Five stars in my book!!
