Overall, this was one of the better stays that I've had in the Minnetonka are. However, I can't help but feel like things should have been better. Room cooled well in summertime. Evidently, several hotels in this area use shared ac/heat. So the air here is an absolute plus. But still not a great system, just better than Sheraton or Doubletree in the area. Unlimited bottled water, also a plus. The Hampton breakfast was identical, yet not as fresh, as other Hamptons. Hence the middle of the road ranking. Probably overall a 4 star in comparison to other Minneapolis stays, but a 3 star compared to my lifetime multicity experiences...
