Started out poorly, as the receptionist was asleep (2am) and I had to climb over the counter to wake him. The dining staff were very friendly and bright for breakfast. Room was fine.

We stayed at the Sheraton in Minneapolis to celebrate our mom’s 70th birthday, and what could have been a stressful situation turned into one of the BEST hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Our original hotel fell through at the last minute due to an emergency, and we arrived feeling overwhelmed. But the moment we pulled up to the front door, everything changed. A very hospitable manager actually came outside to greet us and asked if we needed help before we even walked in. That level of genuine care is rare and set the tone for our entire stay. Then we met Nicholas at the front desk—and he was truly exceptional. ✅ One of the kindest people we’ve ever met in hospitality ✅ Extremely professional and personable ✅ Checked us in quickly and smoothly ✅ Made us feel welcome, valued, and taken care of Nicholas went above and beyond, and we believe he absolutely deserves recognition from hotel management and even corporate. Employees like him are the reason guests return and recommend a brand to others. But the excellence didn’t stop there… The entire hotel was PRISTINE. ✨ The lobby and common areas were spotless ✨ Our room was extremely clean and well-maintained ✨ Housekeeping was thorough and attentive ✨ Breakfast staff was professional, friendly, and the food was delicious ✨ Every employee we encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping to breakfast—was courteous and went out of their way to help The amenities were outstanding, and everything felt thoughtful and high-quality. It’s clear this hotel takes pride in its appearance, service, and guest experience. What started as a stressful day turned into a memorable, joyful celebration thanks to this incredible team. Nice hotel
Very quiet and a great location. A bonus would be to provide breakfast instead of the $21.00 buffet. Not many takers when we left in the morning.

Should offer a light breakfast
Bed cover too heavy

Atrium design could make your room a long distance from the elevator

This hotel is fine, not the newest on the block, and once you get past the atrium, the wear and tear becomes noticeable. Still, I got a solid night’s rest. The room was reasonably sized, the shower worked well, and everything was clean. Some furniture showed visible damage, but it didn’t affect functionality. The real highlight here is the staff. They handled every request with ease and were consistently accommodating. There’s plenty of parking, though note that part of the lot is on a slope. Location wise, it’s convenient. Overall, it’s an acceptable place to stay if you’re not expecting luxury, comfortable enough for a good rest.
