Had a fantastic stay at this new hotel! Everything felt fresh, modern, and spotless. The room was spacious and well-designed. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, fresh ingredients, and something for everyone. Loved the convenience of the location and the comfortable atmosphere throughout the hotel. Highly recommend for both short and extended stays — definitely will return! Sad there was no pool. Me and the new wife would have loved it.

Great stay overall! The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Staff could benefit from some retraining on service. Breakfast had great options, but it’s a standard hotel offering — nothing fancy, but fresh and satisfying. The location was convenient, check-in was smooth, and the room was quiet. Would stay again for a simple, easy trip.

ShyLynn at the Front Desk went above and beyond helping me with a tough situation more than once! Great Service, Housekeeping Edith was great too. I always felt at home - I stayed for a month - the whole time service was consistently great. The Managers were always attentive recognizing repeat guests. The two chefs, Esther & George were not only delivering great free food every morning - but they were always cheerful and positive. Thanks

I was at this hotel for a concert at the Armory. It was a great stay with a clean room and friendly staff. I liked the downtown location as it was close to where i needed to be. I had breakfast which was good and had options for everyone. We will stay again next time we are downtown Minneapolis.

I just checked in and will be here for 3 nights and found out that valet parking was the only parking you can get and that it is $47 a night and if you have a bigger vehicle they will charge you $57 dollars a night. Absolutely ridiculous and absurd. If you want cheaper parking you have to walk another block away. Also, got to my room and the ac is not working. I heard a few people complain about the rooms and only been here an hour. The only reason I’m giving it a 2 star is because of the staff. Very good and polite. Other than that I wouldn’t give this place 1 star. Overpriced suites shop, valet and small rooms. I will not be staying here again.

They had clean rooms and a decent free breakfast. We saved money on parking by utilizing a nearby public parking garage. Walking distance to restaurants and bars . Close proximity to stadiums.We had no issues with our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Had problems with an Airbnb and found a reasonably priced room here. Staff was wonderful. Special call out to breakfast host George who was exceptional. Also loved that the floors of rooms were wood rather than carpet. As someone who has severe allergies, the wood floors were super welcome and a surprise. Would definitely stay again.
