I love staying at Sonder at the Vicinity whenever I am in the Twin Cities. I especially enjoy the two bedroom units with balconies, particularly when I am here with family. The Vicinity is centrally located, only a short walk from the Mississippi, across the street from a Trader Joe’s and a Starbucks, and close to the Skyway. It’s great to share a building with full-time residents as well, and the building’s amenities include an amazing lounge with big screens, pool table and catering kitchen as well as huge outdoor patio area. I can’t imagine ever staying in a hotel in Minneapolis again as long as this was place is an option!

It was our first time ever staying at an Air BNB. We loved the apartment. The accommodations were great, the staff was friendly and helping and the restaurant, La Madre, was awesome! Would totally recommend staying at this apartment place again.

Artfully designed unit in a beautiful building in the Mill District. Accessible to lots of restaurants and to public transit. Awesome bedroom, living room, bathroom (tall shower), balcony (!!!). Gives good views of downtown (no water). Huge closet with w/d (didn't need to use these though). Luggage storage also available. Wish I could've stayed longer!

I’ve stayed at Sonder on 2nd&2nd and now this Sonder Vicinity. I will not book anything but Sonder while staying in MSP. Both locations are upscale condos for less than I’ve ever paid on a hotel stay before.If the quality, location, and price remain the same I will always book with Sonder. I don’t know if there are any staff on site as I did not see any nor were they needed. Each time I had any questions or needed assistance my texting or contact through the Sonder app was answered almost immediately and all contact were very friendly.

Sonder is a great experience! The customer service team was responsive when they switched our unit and door code right before check in. Everything is secure, and the app is very easy to use. It’s more affordable than hotels or AirBNBs, and you get more amenities. Highly recommend!
