Beautiful area! Walk around river valley, you wont be disappointed. Hotel staff was very friendly. Would be nice if there was a hot tub.... gym amenities were spectacular!

My room was over the pool. The noise coming from the pool (loud crowd of people, children screaming) was obnoxious. The humidity and smell (chlorine) coming from the pool was terrible. Not to mention the view is atrocious (see attached photo for view from the window in my room). The rooms over the pool should be closed and used as storage or rented for a fraction of the rate. It is absolutely ridiculous to charge a regular rate to stay in these rooms. Other problems with this hotel: There were no extra rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom There was a creepy/ominous picture of a woman as wall art (see attached) There was a paper to leave a note about what you wanted in your room but no pen to write with! The beds are too high off the ground Too few TV channels No info about how to access wifi posted in room, had to look it up No automatic check out

I stayed here for my trip to town for the Vikings game. I had a really pleasant time here. The staff were friendly, and very attentive. Dominica at the front desk gave plenty of great suggestions as far as things to do in the area, places to eat. Steve M and CJ G at Valet were great too, cool guys who made me feel welcomed upon my arrival. Very nice place to stay in the Minneapolis area!

Hyatt hadn't been on my radar for travel for a while, this recent trip put it back on top of the list. Bed was so comfy, clean, large bathroom, very comfy. The staff working the breakfast and lunch at large conference was top notch.
