Stylish stay in the heart of Minneapolis. Excellent location and beautiful rooms equipped with a Nespresso machine. Don’t miss the top-floor perks: the Prohibition bar on the 27th floor and the stunning observation deck on the 30th. The brunch at Manny’s Steakhouse is also a must. Highly recommended!

Once the lobby renovations are completed, this property will be 5 stars. Great location with plenty to do within walking distance and the speakeasy on the 27th (???) floor is awesome with some great views. Concierge was very helpful as I searched out some good Mexican food for a business dinner!

My second time staying there and loved it. Historic building in downtown area, this hotel is also quintessentially W. Modern interior mixed with a historic architecture. Also is a host to a museum and an observation deck. It’s connected to skywalks but some were closed, so I used regular street navigation. Rooms are large and comfortable with huge bathrooms. Service is friendly. This will be the hotel for me to stay in the future.

I had an incident where a strange man accessed my room at 6 am because staff assigned him to my room and his key card worked in my door. I’m a woman traveling alone and was horrified that this happened. The male staff were very unbothered by this. The female staff was very attentive and helped make sure all key cards to my room were reassigned and mine were rekeyed. I was disappointed how they handled the situation and seemed to brush it off with me. I had to call multiple times to make sure that it had been taken care of and finally reached a female staff member. It was not professional and management should be embarrassed because of the negligence.

My first time staying in a Hotel that had that many storys. It was a pleasure seeing something from the 1920s in such good condition and so well taken care of.

Birthday weekend
Check-in was great. Room was excellent. Our waitress in the Speakeasy was fantastic. Waiter at Keys cafe was very poor. 30th floor observation deck was closed and disappointed us.
