It was my first time staying at this hotel, and they did not disappoint. Rooms were superb. The pool and game room were a great place to hang out with the family—fantastic service from the entire staff. We had connecting rooms, and they were immaculate; a round of applause to the housekeeping team.

We had such a great experience staying here! The rooms were spotless and felt really comfortable! The location is amazing, there's so much to do nearby, and we found a really fun park just a short walk away that had a splash pad style area my 1.5 year old loved!! It is also only about 20 minutes from Mall of America, which was perfect for a day trip. On top of that, the view of the city from our room was absolutely beautiful, especially at night! The staff were al incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything so much easier. We'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Joseph from the lobby bar consistently provides good hospitality during our stays. He goes out of his way to offer us hot water with patience and care. His smile and friendliness make him a welcoming ambassador for the hotel. Thanks Joseph !

Jody the manager made our stay extra special by bringing my daughter some balloons for her 15th birthday. We did not expect that extra above and beyond. We are here for the 2025 Veteran wheelchair games and the staff have been so helpful and welcoming! Thank you!

The hotel itself is pretty dated, but it was clean. What was insane to me was the breakfast bar (which contains scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes, make your own waffle machine, and cereal.) costs $15…. I have never once been to a hotel that charges extra for a tiny continental breakfast, to me $15 is insane for cereal, a couple eggs and potatoes.

The hotel is conveniently located near the convention center and our perfectly air-conditioned room welcomed us back each afternoon. Since checking in, we have been grateful for a most attentive staff at the hotel. Josie greeted us warmly upon check-in and set us up with a room with a perfect view of the city and Joseph, from the restaurant, was gracious enough to serve us just before the kitchen was closing. The food was delicious and his kindness and warmth were palpable, especially after a long flight. We were so pleased with the incredible customer service that we ate dinner at the grill a second night. Didn’t disappoint :) Thanks Hilton Minneapolis!

This hotel is great! They are very accommodating and friendly. We used this hotel and the shuttle for an appointment at Abbott and they are terrific to work with and the services are top notch

Rooms were clean, personell was extremely nice, shuttle service and drivers were excellent. Access needs better markings as it is a confusing turn. If I come back this way I will definitely stay again.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The food in the diningroom was really good. Abdullah the shuttle bus driver was very friendly and courteous. We are staying here again next Sunday & Monday for my husband's procedure at Abbott heart hospital.
