I have always liked Sheraton hotels, such as those in Shenzhen and Hangzhou. I booked this for my colleagues, and they were very satisfied. Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities. Hygiene: The hotel is clean and tidy, and there is no dust anywhere. Environment: The environment is beautiful, the surrounding facilities are complete, and the transportation is convenient. Service: The service is warm and thoughtful. Very satisfied.

The room is big and the bed is comfortable. The hotel restaurant is very good and the food is delicious, but the sound insulation is not very good.

Really bad hotel, first of all, you will be arranged on the first floor. It was dark and cold. I see other high-rise floors are arranged for those staying in the back, and the first floor is prepared for Chinese people, and they are treated differently. They have a disco on weekends, and it doesn’t end until 1:00 in the morning. You can’t sleep because of the loud noise. Whether it’s you or Ctrip to communicate, it won’t have any effect. In the end, their front desk didn't answer my call. Had another flight at 6am the next morning and this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
