計劃調度安排非常極其不合理，明知道有很多人預約房間，但是還是沒有留出足夠多的房間，讓很多人等，下午5點10分去，説沒有多的房間，讓等很久，但是呢，你還掛着繼續買房間，我請問呢？最後攜程客服幫忙協調解決説送早餐加上第二天可以延遲到下午2點退房，我也不知道你們內部是怎麼溝通的，12點02就打電話來催，本來就快要走了不生氣的，一下子火氣又來了，換誰誰不生氣？？？還好早上起不來沒有去吃你們的早飯，要不然是不是又得被問質問一次呢？？？？？？
