My family recently stayed at Abeer Hotel Sawat, and unfortunately, our experience was marred by a concerning incident involving one of the staff members at the reception. I feel compelled to share our experience so that others can be aware. While the hotel itself had promising amenities and a potentially enjoyable stay, the behavior of one of the reception staff members was deeply troubling. Late-night messages that were not only unsolicited but also unwelcome were sent to members of my family. This instance of harassment created a distressing environment that significantly impacted our stay. I believe it's essential for a hotel to prioritize the safety and well-being of its guests, and the fact that such behavior was allowed to occur is both disappointing and unacceptable. It is my hope that the management of Abeer Hotel Sawat takes these concerns seriously and implements measures to ensure that no guest has to endure such uncomfortable experiences in the future. I urge potential guests to consider this review before making a decision to stay at Abeer Hotel Sawat. Our stay was overshadowed by an incident that no guest should have to endure, and I sincerely hope that our feedback leads to improved guest experiences and a safer environment for all.
