Good hotel for passing through. We liked it and would stay for 1-2 nights again. It was great that there was a washer and dryer.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. If I could give a zero star rating I would. When I booked on another travel app NOWHERE was it mentioned that I'd have to pay a $100 deposit. When I was sitting in the lobby trying to transfer funds to my bank account they told me I would have to pay a $150 deposit. Shortly after that, I was informed that no, I would have to actually pay a $200 deposit. They absolutely REFUSED to accept anything less. Then informed me to leave immediately (the entire time I was calm and not threatening) or they would call the cops. $140 non-refundable booking down the drain.

When I checked in, there was hair all over my bathroom floor, on the tissue box, in the shower and sink. Someone else's shampoo was in my shower. When I went to take a hand towel off the rack, the rack fell off the wall in pieces. The AC didn't work in the gym and the pool was green.

Hello everyone so me, my husband and our dogs are traveling to Georgia from cali so we stopped here at night to get a little rest , and when we went in to check in we had to pay a deposit which I already knew I had to do , so I paid the 100 dollars and then he said something went wrong and can I try it again so i did. And he ended up charging me an extra 100 dollars , then I told him hey u charged me and extra 100 dollars and proceeded to tell me I don’t know what to tell you , that’s between you and ur bank. Okay cool I said thank you okay I will just call my bank when I get up in the morning . Then we get up this morning and there is a mouse in our room my husband had to scare it out the room because my dogs where going crazy I try calling the front desk off my phone and there phone and they do not answer , then I proceed to go to front desk, and the guy tells me he can’t do anything for me until pest control come and I was like wdym can u give me my money back or at least half because that is crazy ? He proceeded to say ma’am I can’t do anything , so I will Be disputing all charges from this best western , mind u we stayed in 2 other best westerns the day before in another state. And everything was perfectly fine they were so nice and didn’t cause me any trouble. Just wanted to let this be known if u stay here

Room was large and adequate. Coffee maker had no pot; hairdryer was broke; shower was dingy and needed sprucing up. Breakfast was ver average with few healthy option. Coffee was bad.

Have stayed here for many many years and find it always a good place to stay. This time the mattress wasn't up to par. But will stay there again. Need to clean up the butts that are all over! This was new this time.
