Нет лифта. Помочь донести по лестницам чемодан некому. В номере нет чая, кофе. Магазина рядом нет. Но приятно было, что кофе все таки удалось раздобыть) спасибо администратору на ресепшене

Отель в тихом месте с видом на парк (очень советую посетить парк, там дешево и крутые советские карусели). Отель находится рядом со старым стадионом, очень атмосферно. Так же отель предлагает завтраки за доп плату. В номере был даже фумигатор от комаров, который нас спас ночью.
Небольшой минус - это неудобные подушки и матрас в комнате с 2мя кроватями (пружины прям чувствовались телом).
Но все равно, отель шикарный. Персонал очень приятный

Изобилия отелей в Минеральных Водах не наблюдается, так что их выбор для туриста небогат. Гостиницу Олимп" выбрали, ориентируясь на её удачное расположение. Номер Superior без изысков, но в целом неплохой, всё необходимое имеется, включая вид на гору Змейка. Не понятно тогда, почему гостиница "Олимп", а не "Змейка". Наверное потому, что "Олимп" - прежде всего развлекательный комплекс, гостиничные номера (их всего 18) в котором расположены на мансардном этаже. По работе персонала нареканий нет, включая уборку номера, хотя белоснежного белья не заметили. Можно, конечно, ряд претензий высказать по уборке, но привередничать не стану. И недостатков номера - не очень хорошая звукоизоляция, как внешняя, так и внутренняя, но некритично. Включённый в стоимость номера завтрак (можно выбрать три варианта) - самый простой, даже простецкий, но получить утром свои 400-500 килокалории вполне можно. Резюме: для пары дней отель в целом неплох...

Приехали ночью 01.09 очень уставшие с дороги, администратор Галина пошла на встречу и нашла нам номер, хотя гостинница была переполнена, за что мы ей очень благодарны!!! Номер чистый,аккуратный, все необходимое выдают (щётку, пасту). Брали завтрак за 250 рублей, очень вкусно, делают прям для вас с утра, все свежее. Хозяин Юрий Николаевич хозяйственный и доброжелательный, сразу видно гостиннца в хороших руках! Спасибо вам ещё раз.

Все номера в отеле расположены на 3-м этаже. Я размещалась в стандартном одноместном номере. Номер небольшой, но для одного человека вполне хватает места. Кровать достаточно широкая. Есть холодильник, а также щетки для обуви и одежды, тапочки. Ванная комната с душевой кабиной. Сантехника в хорошем состоянии. Есть зубной набор, шампунь и гель для душа. Нужно учесть, что над Минеральными водами постоянно взлетают самолеты. Спать с открытым окном у меня не получилось, к тому же налетели комары. В номере есть кондиционер и средство от комаров. С закрытым окном самолетов не слышно. В отеле можно заказать завтрак за 250р. Делать это нужно с вечера предыдущего дня. Персонал приветливый. Рядом с отелем есть Пятерочка и кафешки. Ж/д вокзал в 15 минутах ходьбы от отеля.
