The sales manager Bryce Critos was the rudest person I have ever encountered in hotel. They took booking with cash app , then upon arrival Critos went off deep end saying they didn’t use cash app ( this was after it had been deducted) and wouldn’t give us the time to get word in to even have chance to use credit card. He canceled room, kicked us out of hotel said we were banned and he was calling police after he was so rude I used cuss word. Followed us to car flipped us off and said sit and spin on this. He was out of camera range then. No one needs employee like this. No excuse for the hate he threw out. Will never stay at IHG facility again and take chance of this mistreatment. Then got voicemail from manager Derick Charles telling us we were banned and to PLEASE come back in their property so we could be arrested. How childish is that? Have the voicemail saved for doubters. If you doubt this review please contact and I will send voice recordings and confirmation where I have contacted IHG corporate and the complaint initiation number.

Clean enough though older. Main thing for me was peace and quiet so I could sleep during the day ( working nights while in town). That was great!

I check reviews before staying at places. This place is very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean. Bathroom was a bit small but only stayed one night. Breakfast the next morning was ok. Waffles, Sausage, Eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, muffins, yogurt, etc. Eggs were fake and sausage not the greatest but waffles are always good. McDonalds right next door. Pool and hot tub area very clean. Plenty of pool towels to use. Very convenient location. Would recommend.

Very clean! Bed and pillows comfortable. Pool and hot tub was nice. They had plenty of pool towels. Breakfast was okay. They had the normal breakfast but the eggs and sausage was fake. The waffles never disappoint. McDonald’s right next store if you want. Very impressed with this place. Would definitely recommend.
